We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24–48 business hours. All products are digital downloads and no physical items will be shipped. Our templates are easy to personalize directly in Canva — no software required. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, but we’re always happy to help with any questions or template issues you may have.
